Every paid pack carries an outcome reporter. These are the rolling 12-month totals from drivers who told us how it went. Counts under 5 are suppressed to protect individual privacy.
We're still gathering enough outcomes to publish.
We hold this page to a 5-outcome floor before publishing rates so a single driver's result can't be inferred. Until then, here's what we are committing to:
- • Every paid pack gets the outcome reporter — we'll publish here as we go.
- • If your review fails (Revenue NSW upholds the fine), we refund. No questions.
- • Anonymised dataset feeds the analyser and gets the next driver's letter sharper.
